Math Notion returns and refund policy

Everything we sell is an instant digital download — the moment you check out, your PDF is delivered to you. Because a file can’t be “returned” once it’s in your hands, all sales are final. That said, we’re real people and we want you to be happy — so here’s exactly when we’ll make it right.

When we’ll issue a refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase in any of these cases and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Duplicate or accidental charge
You were billed twice, or bought the same title twice by mistake.

You can’t download the file
Your download link won’t work, or the file is corrupted, and we can’t fix it for you.

Charged but nothing delivered
Payment went through but the product never reached you and we can’t deliver it.

Why digital sales are final

Unlike a printed book, a PDF can’t be sent back or “un-downloaded.” Once your file has been delivered, the purchase is complete and non-returnable — which is also why we keep our prices low and offer free practice tests and worksheets so you can try our style before you buy.

Didn’t get your download?

That’s usually a quick fix, not a refund. Your PDF link appears on the order-confirmation page right after checkout and is emailed to you — and it’s always available under My Account → Orders. If it’s missing, email us your order number and we’ll resend it right away.

How to reach us

Email info@mathnotion.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We reply within 1–2 business days and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Can I get a refund just because I changed my mind?

Because the product is delivered instantly and can’t be returned, we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds. Try our free practice tests and worksheets first to make sure our resources are a fit.

I bought the wrong title — can you swap it?

Reach out within 14 days and we’ll do our best to help, often by crediting you toward the correct title.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

What about bulk or bundle orders?

The same policy applies. For bulk and bundle orders, contact us and we’ll work with you directly.
